Format Construction is not currently hiring, but we expect to begin adding to our construction team toward the end of 2026 and into early 2027.

We anticipate opportunities for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with strong custom residential construction experience. We’re especially interested in people who are excited by high-quality work, complex projects, and the opportunity to grow with a small, ambitious building company.
